Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Graham Tirrell, an ex-professional boxer with an unbeaten record. Throughout my boxing career, I explored every training method available to maximise my performance for fight night. From CrossFit and Hyrox training to strength conditioning, mobility exercises, yoga, and stretching, my primary goal was always to arrive at my target date in peak fitness—without risking injury.

Reflecting on my journey, I noticed a common trend: many individuals train intensely for a single event, only to return to square one afterward, drifting aimlessly in the gym. This observation inspired me to create a fitness package that captures the best elements from all the training styles I experienced as a professional athlete.

So, we developed with the help of my head coach Mano, the Ultimate 8 Small Group Personal Training Experience. This program is designed not just for one-time events but for sustainable fitness that integrates seamlessly into everyday life. In my dynamic and engaging classes, I work with groups of eight, ensuring personalised attention while fostering a supportive community..

The Ultimate 8 experience combines a variety of effective training methodologies to keep workouts fresh and exciting. My approach emphasises fun, motivation, and results, making it the perfect solution for anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey.

Emanuel Langlais

Co Founder & Head Coach

My name is Emanuel Langlais.  At 38 years old, I’ve spent my entire life in sport-from competing as a semi-professional footballer to becoming a two-weight IBA boxing champion.  Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in every kind of training-resistance work, endurance, boxing, Crossfit and more.  

What we have built here is a system born from experience, forged through challenge, and tailored for every kind of body and goal.   Whether you’re looking to boost performance, build strength, sharpen your mind, or improve your daily function – this is training with purpose.  It’s more than fitness, its a way of life.

 I’m Becca, and I’m delighted to share my passion for fitness with you. With over 7 years of hands-on training experience, I have explored a variety of fitness disciplines,  including strength training,  reformer Pilates , running competitions, and hyrax training. Each day offers a fresh opportunity to embrace the Ultimate 8 way of life.  I look forward to guiding you through your journey and supporting you every step of the way.

Your Yoga Guide

Hi I’m Kristi, your U8 yoga guide.  With a wealth of experience since 2007, I have become a leading figure in the world of yoga, teaching  thousands of classes in the vibrant studios of Hong Kong and London.  My passion for yoga extends beyond the mat, as I have also led numerous workshops, retreats and mentoring programs for aspiring teachers.  When you join one of my sessions you can expect a thoughtfully crafted sequence that harmoniously balances strength and flexibility.
